I made this on Tuesday. Coming home to 15″ of snow, this was waiting to be finished up and put on the table and I couldn’t have been happier. My son and husband were skeptical and questioned why I would mess with good old reliable chili, but they gave it rave reviews. I followed your recipe to the letter and it was fantastic.
