Yum! I do this too. If you have a waffle maker, try cornbread waffles sometime.
I made this for dinner tonight! We are a Sticky Fingers Carolina Gold bbq sauce family, so I made it with that. I also didn’t have any jiffy, so made a sweet cornbread recipe I found online. It was all amazing!! Will definitely make this again!!
I love the jiffy cornbread too! And I’ve never seen this before, but just saw a copycat recipe for Marie Callenders cornbread that says to mix up according to the box separately, one of each jiffy cornbread and jiffy yellow cake, then fold the two together!! Bake in 9×13 pan. I’m gonna have to try that!
