In the spirit of “using what you have”, I made half the amount of dressing and used green onions — and it was still super delicious!! I can taste the lemon and thyme already. I’m so making this for a party I’m having next week. I just love how concise and easy to read your recipes are. Everything makes sense and your instructions are perfect, you don’t half ass descriptions or use terms that only a 5 star chef would recognize.
