Thank you for this! In the spirit of “using what you have”, I made half the amount of dressing and used green onions — and it was still super delicious!! I think this is a pretty forgiving recipe and will be the foundation for some more good things to come!!

Another Winner!! I can taste the lemon and thyme already. I’m so making this for a party I’m having next week. I just love how concise and easy to read your recipes are. Everything makes sense and your instructions are perfect, you don’t half ass descriptions or use terms that only a 5 star chef would recognize. Not that I don’t love or appreciate a 5 star chef, I do, but I can’t cook like one so I don’t want recipes that are geared for one. Anyway, thank you for sharing and inspiring!
