This margarita recipe is my brother’s and a family favorite.
Mostly because it’s strong. Like, real strong.
In fact, we may or may not jokingly call it Kissing Cousins juice, because hey, we live in the country, and it just makes everything that much more appealing, especially when sipped on a pond raft or around a bonfire.
Thank God Andy and I aren’t related, right? Right!?
*frantically makes him spit into Ancestry DNA tube*
Listen.
Listen to me right now. I’m about to get you drunk.
If you drink a few of these, I can’t guarantee where you’re going to find your left shoe, or explain why you’re sleeping in a baby pool full of lube.

Notes
Got leftovers? Portion and freeze in mason jars for easy, single serving frozen margaritas to last all summer!
Drink responsibly on your porch watching fireflies. Stay away from your attractive cousins. Cheers!
Ohh thank you! Making this weekend! Any preference on tequila?
Honestly, I almost always use Jose Cuervo Gold, it tastes great!
Margaritas are the summertime go to at the farm after a long day of hard work.
Making tonight!
Just wanted to tell you I made these for this Cinco de Mayo weekend but I added a little bit of jalapeño tequila. Man oh man is this good. It shall be a fun weekend. (I tripled the recipe to be set for the whole weekend).
Making this I’m on day 3 of my summer vacation and you just inspired me to go to the store. Hooray!
