Shanghai Cucumbers are crazy addicting, and as it turns out, stupid easy to make at home, thank God, because I could eat them by the pound. Seriously, this is one of my favorite low carb snacks, plus they are awesome for lunch or as a side.
Except now we've come to the realization that we have no idea what happens next.
Also, the box says like DO NOT SWALLOW THE BLEACH like 900 times, and I was like duh, but then I got it into my mouth, and like all I wanted to do was swallow it. It's like reverse psychology and they want everyone to die. Like The Beatles when they backmasked Revolver to tell everyone Paul was dead.

I know a lot of people do low carb, and I have gotten a lot of questions, mainly, OMG WHAT ARE YOU EATING THIS SUCKS, so I decided to touch on a few low carb points and meal ideas, with the disclosure that I am in no way a doctor, I haven't read a single low carb book, I have no idea what Atkins/South Beach/Paleo is, and I am in no way responsible for your health.
