Duran Duran is coming to Cleveland and I am going with my bestie Meredith, but wait……. YOU CAN, TOO!
Because Duran Duran is fucking bad ass, they gave me TWO EXTRA tickets to giveaway to a reader who wants to go sing and dance their hearts out with me in Cleveland at the Playhouse Square Theatre.
Warning: I will be wearing a T shirt with some sort of pun on the name Le Bon, and probably singing embarrassingly loud. Be excited.
So, if you live near Cleveland and want to dance in the sand (or beer spilled linoleum flooring, whatevs) to Duran Duran on Wednesday October 19th, 2011, all you have to do is leave me a comment.

OOOOHHHH! Pick me, pick me!!! My very first concert was Duran Duran in Cleveland, so this would be like coming full-circle. Only this time, I won’t have to smuggle my drinks in or snuggle up to random college kids.

SHUT UP!!! I have had a boner for Duran Duran since I was 9 years old!!! Duran Duran was and still IS my favorite. I have ALL of their albums…..and I’m still pretty obsessed with Simon LeBon. My sister has loved these people since Planet Earth with the romantic shirt videos.. I have spent all of my teenaged years having it played time and again whenever she was in the house… She STILL loves them and finally got to a concert a few years ago… Her heart was broken when she couldn’t get tickets in Montreal to their small venue concert this year…

They are fucking great live. I’ve seen them 3 times. The last time I saw them, my sister and I found out where they were staying and I actully got to drink a beer with Roger. On our way out John and Simon were walking in and I asked him if I could buy him a drink. He looked directly at me and said yes. I about died right there in that hotel lobby. Alas, the bar was closed, so I did not get to buy him that drink. *sigh* That man has aged well. Have so much fun at the show!!!
