Oven Roasted Garlic Asparagus

Serves: 4-6
- 1 Large Bunch of Asparagus, rinsed, dried and trimmed
- 1 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
- Olive Oil to coat
- 1 gallon size Ziploc bag
- Toss the asparagus into the gallon size ziploc bag, and add the garlic, salt and olive oil.
- Seal the bag and smoosh around to coat evenly.
- Put in the fridge for about an hour to marinate.
- Once it's ready, heat your oven to 400 degrees, and spread asparagus evenly over a large cookie sheet covered in foil (way less messy).
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- After you remove from the oven, squeeze with fresh lemon juice and serve!
