Winter is upon us so it’s becoming increasingly necessary to pull out your winter duds and get ready for the cold. There have been plenty of winter fashion trends that have popped up this season, and as such, it may be necessary to take a look at some of these fun trends in a bit more detail and work them into your cold weather wardrobe.
Ox Blood
Color is an incredibly important part of any wardrobe. Each season there are certain colors that tend to stand out from the pack, last year it was white and cream, and this year rich ox blood has taken center stage. This bold, dark color is perfect for any skin tone, any body shape, and any personal style. Mixing and matching items in this rich color is a great way to get on trend and to get a few pieces that will still be trendy in the years to come. Choosing something that is of one color rather than a particular style is a great way to be sure that you are getting an item that is going to serve you well through its life rather than simply through the life of a trend. Preppy Casual Sweaters
Large, slouchy sweaters have long been trendy, and this year is no different. These preppy, casual sweaters are figure flattering, comfy, and relatively inexpensive if you know where to look. You can find them in second hand stores, online retailers, and in upscale department stores and boutique. These sweaters are a great staple to have in just about any color, pattern, or material and can be a fantastic addition to any wardrobe. They’re inexpensive if you look in the right places and are sure to be a great staple to add to tights, leggings, jeans or bare legs with great boots. (Scoopnck sweater, Gap)
Bold Patterns
Pattern tried to make a name and a place for itself in last year’s winter fashion lines, and this year it has come back with a vengeance. It’s flattering to just about any body shape and is a great way to make a statement and show off your personality without going overboard. You can mix your bold patterns with other patterned pieces to create an eclectic or thrown together look or can opt for pattern and solids for a more professional, polished look. Patterns are a great addition to any wardrobe and allow consumers to add their own personal style to a great trend that is sweeping the nation. (Geo Print Dress, Eloquii)

Because showing extremely thin Asian girls and thin white girls is the epitome of a “curvy girl” website. You couldn’t find any “curvy” girls to get pictures of? BS
Yeah, I’m a little confused by that too. I love the dress in the “bold patterns” part, but…can I find it in my size?
These girls are curvy…especially the last one in the geometric print. I am a size 8 with great curves; curvy comes in all sizes ladies!!
that is so cute but um something more along the lines of alternative styles
