Do you smell that? It’s almost Spring. And, that means…grilling season.
Few things in the world get me laid faster than a well cooked steak….especially when made for dinner on the eve of some sort of sporting event.
Red meat. Football. Sex.
The most romantic wedding vows, ever.
While I can’t divulge my recipe for a good shagging, as I am sure not all of you have a tire pump and rubber hose handy, I can pass on my amazing steak marinade recipe.
My favorite cuts for the recipe would be ribeyes or my local butcher shop sells some amazing bacon wrapped filets.
This marinade is amazing after 24 hours, but can be equally as yummy as a last minute toss on 30 minuted before you grill. I find a great tip is to reserve 1/4 cup of it to brush over the steaks after you pull them off the grill to rest.
STEAK MARINADE RECIPE
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup BBQ Sauce
2 tsp Garlic Pepper Seasoning
1. Wisk all ingredients together.
2. Reserve a 1/4 cup of marinade to brush over the meat after grilling.
3. Pour rest of marinade over the beef, refrigerate until ready to grill.

Annnnnnnd, now I want a steak for breakfast. GAH.
I need you to come to Chicago and build me a balcony on which I can place a grill, to grill my steaks. Please.
I seriously need to get moved back with Ryan so he can make this. I’m not sharing it with him until then. HA.
