I’ve been making this strawberry spinach salad for as long as I can remember. The combination of the sweetness of the strawberries and the bite of the feta cheese is like teenagers throwing a rave in your mouth.

But I guess it’s not so much the salad as it is THE DRESSING. It’s made from white wine vinegar, sugar, and Hungarian paprika.
Here’s what you need for the salad:
Fresh spinach
Feta cheese
Sliced almonds, toasted
Strawberries, sliced
For the dressing:
Strawberry Spinach Salad with Dressing
- 1 cup white wine vinegar
- 4 TBSP olive oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp Hungarian paprika
- 3 TBSP red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cook the above ingredients over low/medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Let cool.
- Drizzle over spinach salad.
It is SO GOOD. You totally need to try it TODAY.
I think the sugar measurement is off. Should it be 2 cups of sugar or maybe 2 spoonsfuls; either tablespoon or teaspoon?
