KOHL’S!
For the 3rd straight year in a row, the discount department store ranks at the top of the shopping list for customer experience, drawing in new customers, and loyalty. With over 1,100 stores around the US, Kohl’s was found to be the favorite department store among 6,900 survey respondents.

That list is off because a lot of those stores aren’t DEPARTMENT stores, they’re clothing stores. Only the top 5 are department stores. TJMaxx and Marshall’s have a few housewares, but they’re mostly clothing/shoes/purses, and the other three are solely clothing stores. I’ve never been to a Dillard’s, but I’m pretty sure that’s mostly clothing, too.
Also, this article/post didn’t show up in my email. Is there a particular reason for that?
