For the 3rd straight year in a row, the discount department store ranks at the top of the shopping list for customer experience, drawing in new customers, and loyalty. With over 1,100 stores around the US, Kohl’s was found to be the favorite department store among 6,900 survey respondents.

What do you think of the top 10 list of favorite department stores? Are they your favorites?

  1. Kohl’s
  2. Nordstrom
  3. Macy’s
  4. Dillard’s
  5. J.C. Penney
  6. Coldwater Creek
  7. Ann Taylor LOFT
  8. TJ Maxx
  9. Old Navy
  10. Marshalls

That list is off because a lot of those stores aren’t DEPARTMENT stores, they’re clothing stores. Only the top 5 are department stores. TJMaxx and Marshall’s have a few housewares, but they’re mostly clothing/shoes/purses, and the other three are solely clothing stores. I’ve never been to a Dillard’s, but I’m pretty sure that’s mostly clothing, too.

Also, this article/post didn’t show up in my email. Is there a particular reason for that?

The Daily Curve posts are on a different RSS feed, so they don’t come through with the regular CGG posts.

Thanks for reading!
